Applications are urgently called from hardworking, hardworking, honest and qualified Bangladeshi citizens who are interested in working in the following positions to expand the ongoing small loan programs in cities and villages in various districts of the country with the aim of financial development of the poor tribes.

Other terms: Candidates of all posts must agree to work at any place in the village level of organization Kishoreganj, Gazipur, Narsingdi, Narayanganj, Comilla and Dhaka districts. There is no need to apply if you do not agree to work anywhere in the mentioned work area. Veterans have not been working for more than 06 months of small loan program and unemployed candidates are not required to apply.
Studying students do not need to apply. Apprenticeship in all positions is 06 months. 5. All candidates of positions must be assured as bailor by mother/father/brother/sister/close relatives (at least one) during joining 6. All candidates as per organization regulated posts will be paid 12,000/- as bail/security (refundable with dividend when organization sacrifices) while joining the job.
OTHER BENEFITS: After the job stabilization, other benefits will be provided according to the organization’s rules including Provident Fund, Gratuity, Festival Allowance, Baishakhi Allowance, Annual Increment, Medical Grants from Employee Welfare Fund, Maternity/Paternity Leave facilities.
