How to delete your emails
Priyo Gmail
- Log into your Gmail account.
- Use the search bar to find specific emails you want to delete. You can use filters like date, sender, or keywords.
- Select the emails by clicking the checkbox next to each U-Mail email.
- Click the trash can icon to delete the selected emails.
- To permanently delete them, go to the “Trash” folder and click "Empty Trash now".
Outlook
- Log into your Outlook account.
- Select the emails you want to delete by clicking the checkbox next to each email.
- Click the “Delete” button at the top of the page.
- To delete all emails in a folder, right-click the folder and select "Delete All".
- Empty the Deleted Items folder to permanently delete the emails.
