*Any two public exams in educational qualification must have minimum 2nd category/class/GPA 2.50 out of 5.00/2.00 out of 4.00.
To note that qualified candidates with minimum 2 (two) years of real work experience in the reputed financial institutions registered in the MRA may directly be appointed to the “Loan Officer (LO)” post at the end of the recruitment process. Reference will be verified from the concerned institutions for this kind of recruitment.
For those who are employed as LO, the highest monthly salary will be 27,240/- and permanent monthly salary will be 34,146/-.
OTHER BENEFITS: After 1 year of apprenticeship, regular salary structure as permanent workers including P.F, Gratuity, annual increment every year, two festival allowance, Bangla New Year allowance along with workers group benefit fund and employee welfare fund etc will apply.
